*Notice: The holiday season brings increased shipping volumes and operational challenges across the logistics industry. Despite our best efforts to ensure timely deliveries, we anticipate potential delays in shipping during the upcoming New Year and Boxing Day, due to the increased demand.  Our team is working diligently to minimize disruptions and ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

If you have ordered a wrong size item, we will exchange the product for you, but please note that the shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is faulty.

To exchange there are two options: 

1. please send the product back to us with a note with your invoice number, the size you would like to receive AND a prepaid parcel.

or

2. Please send the product back to us including a note with your invoice number and the size you would like to receive and add the exchange delivery cost (this) and we will pack and send out the replacement.
